How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Fencelies Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when contacting Fencelies Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
- The behavior of a provider we matched you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please understand that Fencelies Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Us a Complaint
Email contact@fencelies.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone line you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
