Disclaimer: What Fencelies Restoration Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at fencelies.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Repair

Fencelies Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We put homeowners in touch with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, drying, cleanup, mold remediation or repairs. Any work done in your home is carried out by an independent provider, never by Fencelies Restoration.

A Match Is Not a Recommendation

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

For Your Information Only

The pages here offer general information. They are not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Water damage looks different from one home to the next, and what fits one house may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, the location, the materials and how far the damage has spread. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Water damage can bring electrical hazards, weakened structures and contaminated water. Do not put yourself at risk. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Fencelies Restoration may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep this information correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
